Some notes on 4starResII:

1) Enter your user name and password.

2) Choose the first city of the itinerary, and the arrival date.

3) Choose the departure date -OR- New! the number of nights stay.

You can optionally

• Select whether you want descriptions included in your quote

• add mark up to your quote

• display your quote in another currency (you choose the exchange rate to the US$ - example: C$ 1.12 = USD 1.00 or
  GBP 0,53 = 1,00 USD) You can use "." or ","
  

4) Click on SEARCH HOTELS and a list will appear of all hotels in this city, along with the Standard Double Price. Click on DETAILS to reveal all room categories, as well as meal options.

5) choose the NUMBER OF ROOMS (formerly: number of pax) in the category you want, as well as any add'l meals (Breakfast is generally included automatically)

6) then you need to click HIDE HOTELS (the SEARCH HOTELS button becomes HIDE HOTELS when open) in oder to proceed to SEARCH SERVICES

7) The SIB/SIC services now appear under SIB/SIC in each city. The private services are below that. If you don't find something you need, you can click on EXTRA and list the service you need, and we shall price it and send it in the confirmation. Choose an item, number of passengers, date and whether to include the description. Continue to the next service.

When done with that city, don't forget to click "Hide Services" before moving to the next city (choose date, city, and "search hotels")

8) Once you are done, go to QUOTATION at the top of the page. You have 3 options: save it for yourself (while your client is considering the quote), check hotel availability, or save & send the reservation to 4starSouthAmerica ("and send to 4star")

9) Enter Pax names, your contact info, whether to reserve all services or only hotels, and whether you want itemized prices or package price in your confirmation email. You will receive an email with the confirmation number. With that number, you can re-enter the quote (under "QUOTATION>>view") and edit the quote.

10) to print tariff sheets of the various cities, just go to TARIFFS at the top of the page and select either Hotels or Services (AFTER selecting a target city)
